Currently we are operating “Play Park Gym” from Camperdown oval on Australia street just a block away from the gym.


Whether you are new to fitness or a competitive athlete Play’s CrossFit classes provide challenging program with comprehensive Powerlifting and Olympic lifting progressions stimulating workouts that keep your heart and mind pumping.


Weekdays have a full program with strength cycle using the barbells mats and bumper plates. As well as a conditioning / CrossFit Metcon using the Dumbbells. Saturday is a long partner workout with the use of the barbells. Barbell and strength work is done in pairs.


While many gymnastics elements that are not possible during “Park Gym” [pull ups and their variations mostly], they are made up for with relevant accessory strength work.


After the strength portion of the session, members take the Metcon to the oval or a suitable area nearby to complete the workout of the day [ WOD] . Fully vaccinated members may choose to group in up to 5 people for the WOD.

Our bookings and program are managed on the WODIFY app.


If you prefer to train solo, we can facilitate this at a small surcharge. Give us a call to discuss this option.

We use “Wodify Client” for delivery of program, class reservations and membership management. Wodify is the best way to track your progress and celebrate the success with your friends. All members will reserve their classes up to a few days in advance and sign in on arrival before class.
