CrossFit Kids has been catering for school age children since 2006, these programs give kids the opportunity to build their fitness no matter what level they are at when they commence.  


Juniors is an inclusive, non-sport-specific fitness program designed for ages 6 – 16, that is proven to progressively improve physical and mental wellbeing. We know that exercise boosts brain power, so we aim to capture their minds as well as their bodies with new challenges every session.
